Barbara Ewald has been a Preliminary Director for the Miss Florida USA and Miss Florida Teen USA Pageant System for 10 years. In addition to coaching her own titleholders, Barbara also prepared additional local titleholders for state and national competitions resulting in a Miss Florida USA, Miss Massachusetts Teen USA and Miss Massachusetts USA winners! In addition, she also had contestants place in Top 5, Top 10 and Top 15 positions. She recently won the 2014 Prestige Preliminary Director Pageantry Award.
Utilizing her expertise, Barbara has launched Crowning Steps a pageant coaching company, which will allow her to mentor, train and develop future pageant winners along with her coaching team.
Barbara is the mother of 4 children, one of which was crowned Miss Massachusetts Teen USA 1995. During her daughters reign, Barbara scheduled numerous appearances and charity work, as well as provided the foundation/preparation she needed to represent her state at Miss Teen USA.
Barbara is also heavily involved with local charity organizations. She has been a wish grantor for the Make A Wish Foundation for the past 16 years granting numerous wishes, as well as supporting The Arthritis Foundation’s Children’s Fashion Show, Best Buddies, Glam Doll Strut and Deliver The Dreams.

In addition to his writing and coaching, Robert is a coveted television personality and psychology expert. He has appeared as a guest expert on television shows across the world, including "The Today Show," "The CBS Early Show," Lifetime's "The Balancing Act," and many others. He has also been featured in - or contributed to - magazines like O (Oprah), SELF, Upscale, Health, Cosmopolitan, and so on.
Robert is also a highly sought-after executive coach, media spokesperson, and speaker. He has consulted with and spoken to and/or for organizations of all kinds, including Microsoft, Carnival Cruise Lines, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and universities nationwide, and many others.
In a previous life, Robert had a successful career as a management consultant and then as a fashion model and professional actor. As a consultant, Robert helped companies, their senior executives - including CEOs and Presidents - and their employees achieve peak performance and maximize satisfaction. As a model and actor for Wilhelmina Models, Elite Models, and LA Models, he graced the pages of magazines like Glamour and Ocean Drive, walked the runway for designers like Tommy Hilfiger, Russell Simmons, and Ralph Lauren, and shot commercials for clients like MTV and Sandals Resorts. As an actor, he played the part of "Paco" opposite Vanessa Williams on the CW show, "South Beach."

Denise Klass is best known as the founder of Starmaker Theatre Co , a professional theatre training institute dedicated to building self esteem in aspiring performers of all ages. Although she also performs regularly as a professional singer , her true passion is recruiting, coaching, and preparing the aspiring singer/actor for a professional journey in the entertainment world. Many of her students can be seen regularly on TV( "Raising Hope", "Body of Proof", "Law & Order", "X Factor", "American Idol", Americas Got Talent, Miss America, Disney Channel, soap operas, commercials, and much more. From pop stars (Backstreet Boys) to broadway (Les Mis, Ragtime, Annie, Chorus Line, just to mention a few) Denise continues to recruit and train top talent of all ages. AJ MCLEAN of BACKSTREET BOYS' photo hangs in her studio with his note that says to all, "YOU CAN DO IT CAUSE I DID, THANKS TO STARMAKERS AND DENISE KLASS, LOVE YOU GIRL". Her coaching has reached many aspiring Miss America's, including her own daughter who entered a pageant on a sorority dare and ended up becoming first runner up in the Miss University of Miami Miss Florida, Miss America preliminary. Now a university professor in both speech and theatre in the Orlando area she says, "The best thing about training and coaching up and coming young women for the pageantry systems, is watching them grow and blossom into confident women, which is a sure fire journey to success in all they choose to do!" Denise's daughter, Nicole Salamon , is also available in the Central Florida area for those attending college and needing coaching in all areas, with her forte in interview and performance as well.
